What happens?

Pathways is an immersive deep dive into several cutting-edge, science-based tools for skillfully engaging with the vast inner cognitive processes of the adaptive unconscious.

There are many terms we commonly use for this aspect of our cognitive processes such as, the unconscious, our intuitive wisdom, inner knowing and psychologists might call it “the implicit”, but all point to the same truth: there is a profound wisdom operating underneath consciousness.
Modern cognitive scientists currently say this actually constitutes about 95% of our total cognitive process, and that it is what also shapes all the conscious thinking processes. Clearly working at this level is essential to getting to the heart of our client’s (and our own!) true thinking, creativity and for supporting systemic behavioral changes. Here we show you how! Some of the ways we do so include:

  • Coaching with narrative, story, myth and metaphor.
  • Working creatively with vizualisation and image.
  • Engaging embodiment in coaching plus taking a trauma sensitive somatic approach.
  • The science of Multiplicity and coaching parts and selves.
