What is ICF Mentor Coaching?

All coaches aiming to credential (or re-credential) with the ICF (International Coaching Federation) must have completed a minimum of 10 hours of mentor coaching over a period of no less than 3 months. 
Our ICF Group Mentor program meets all the ICF requirements for credentialing or re-credentialing in a highly cost effective and engaging way.

Working with our industry expert PCC-level mentors will significantly expand your understanding of and ability to apply the ICF competencies and ethics directly within your coaching as it will increase your ability to pass ACC and PCC performance evaluations and credentialing exams..

Each group consists of no more than 10 participants with 7 classes as a group and then participants receive 3, one-on-one classes with a highly experienced PCC mentor coach.

We also aim to make each program engaging, informative and enjoyable no matter what level of coach training or experience you have.
