What is Focusing
Developed out of the largest outcomes study of its type at the time which set out to uncover the mechanisms of change in client conversations, researcher Eugene Gendlin created the phenomenal process called Focusing.
This 8-part series is where participants learn the six key elements of Focusing, how to engage it as a self-guided process and to facilitate it within a coaching session. These sessions are taught by Rod Francis and scientist, therapist, coach and international teacher of Focusing Oriented approaches, Charlotte Howorth and supported by faculty.

Gendlin has been feted for his work by the psychological community (including three awards from the American Psychological Association) for whom the importance of it to deep lasting behavioral change cannot be overstated. While Focusing-Oriented Therapy has been practiced since the 1990's, rather astonishingly to our knowledge ours is the first explicit model of Focusing-Oriented Coaching.
