Further develop your meditation practice through learning and direct inquiry into some of the key building blocks of our human experience and learn how to negotiate them with greater wisdom and skill.

Befriend Your Mind

Gain deeper insight into the habitual ruts and furrows that seem to pull you off track in life. Instead of  trying to control your mind you'll learn how happiness and freedom lies in friendship not control.

All classes are at: 8am Pacific / 11am Eastern & run for 60 minutes + an additional optional 30  mins. for teacher Q&A.

Meet the instructor

Rod Francis

Rod Francis is a lead teacher of the Emergent Coach training program and a director of InterActualizer. He's designed and taught mindfulness programs within coach training programs in Europe and the USA for well over a decade. Rod began his meditation practice almost 4 decades ago which continues to deepen with regular silent teacher-led retreats and dharma reflection with his guiding teacher, Yanai Postelnik. Rod is also a qualified teacher of the MBSR program & community & a dharma leader.
