Build a Sustainable Practice

You'll learn how to develop a consistent, sustainable mindfulness practice through learning and direct practice in community with like-minded others and through gentle expert instruction over the 8 week program.

Befriend Your Mind

Gain deeper insight into the habitual ruts and furrows that seem to pull you off track in life. Instead of  trying to control your mind you'll learn how happiness and freedom lies in friendship not control.

All classes are at: 10am Pacific / 1pm Eastern & run for up to 90 minutes (1.5 hrs)

Meet the instructor

Rod Francis

Rod Francis is a lead teacher of the Emergent Coach training program and a founding member of InterActualizer. He's designed and taught mindfulness programs within coach training programs in Europe and the USA for well over a decade. Rod began his meditation practice almost 4 decades ago which continues to deepen with regular silent teacher-led retreats and dharma reflection with his guiding teacher, Yanai Postelnik. Rod is also a qualified teacher of the MBSR program & community Dharma leader with Chattanooga Insight.
